Kynzi was absolutely amazing. UL was unfortunately the 3^rd locator service that I worked with after being abandoned by the first 2. I should have worked with them from the very beginning. Kynzi came in at the last min a week before I was coming to town to apartment hunt and found me several lists of apartments to view and set up appointments for me when I came into town. When I got there she drove me around to all of the locations so that I wouldn’t have to worry about getting lost in Dallas. The icing on the cake came a month after I signed my lease. I was in a bind and desperately needed someone to pick up my keys for me to move into my apartment the day after my surgery, I asked Kynzi for such a huge favor and she agreed! She met me after hours to give me my keys. Not only is she a great professional, but a great person. Her picking up my keys for me had nothing to do with her job, but everything to do with her heart. Skip the other locators and come straight here, trust me, it will save you lots of time and wasted energy.

University Locators exceeded my high expectations. Michael’s level of service paralleled what you would expect at a boutique hotel, firm or group. I travel frequently for work and pleasure, as a result I do not have a lot of time spend searching for an apartment in Uptown. Michael ran ad hoc listings meeting my specifications and within one afternoon of exploring and visiting different apartments in my bubble, I was able to select the ideal apartment. I absolutely hate the moving process and always wait until the last minute. I worked with Michael and he made it so much easier for me. Michael did such an amazing job finding us a place. We spent a month calling and searching for a place and no luck we thought we
would never find a place because of the dog breed restrictions
but, he did. Once we contacted him it took him less then 24 hrs.
We greatly appreciated his help not alone do we have a place we
