Ugo’s Pizza Parlor

First I would said like to say, the owner is very active in the community. Helping the with special events.
Now for the pizza nothing special here fair to average at best. My pizza with sausage pepperoni and mushrooms. You might need to take a second mortgage to pay for a pizza here it’s outrageously expensive. As far as the service is concerned there is no service. The staff wasn’t rude but didn’t care. I will not be back here. Mediocracy doesn’t work and its at work at this place.

We’ve tried this place for delivery a couple of times and 1) IT IS SOOOOO EXPENSIVE (not just in comparison to other pizza joints, but for any family restaurant) 2) Delivery always takes over an hour. We decided to go to the place for dinner and I told my guest that there was a salad bar. When we got there, the salad bar was empty. I asked if it was only for lunch and was told «we don’t have it at all anymore». OK. So, we ordered pizzas and waited forever. We were the only customers there the entire time we were there. Clearly everyone had already learned that this place is dirty feeling and the service sucks so they just order for delivery now. We let our kids play the arcade games until one machine took their money. When we told the staff, they said that they don’t give back money when the machines act up because they don’t own the machines. I told her that the least she could do was put up an «out of order» sign. I then had to tell my young kids that we couldn’t play the games any more because we had no idea which would work and which would take their money. Then, our pizza came out wrong AFTER they served the one burger that was ordered a good 15 minutes before pizzas so, we all got to watch that person eat while we waited. Won’t be back and after the treatment we received, we won’t be doing delivery either.

Good pizza. Got it to go, no real service required. Pleasant phone voice and cashier.

Ugo’s has my favorite pizza, by far the best in town. The service seems pretty generous for the most part but their food makes up for anything else that anyone would complain about. They have free games for the kids, which is awesome!

This is based on customer service. Not the food. Don’t bother trying to redeem this online Unilocal coupon, family meal for $ 22.10 They refused to take it saying they had never heard of it. When I complained and said don’t put stuff online you refuse to take, the girl ignored me, no experience with unhappy customers I guess? Poor customer service in my opinion. No offer to except it this once or comp me something extra, no instead the girl wanted to charge me more for extra ranch! Go here with your wallet open.

Been here twice in the last week. I’m giving this 2 stars because of the SERVICE not the pizza. I don’t care if this is a small town business or not. When you choose to spend your money at a restaurant you should get good service no matter where it is. And most of all if i call and speak with someone about our concern you should probably listen. Because our money could be spent some where else. That’s not ok. Fix your staff! Dusty where are you come back! That’s the only reason this place is good!!!

The pizza was great, kind of expensive and seemed to take a while, but delicious so it was worth the wait. The crust and sauce both taste very fresh and homemade. We will definitely by back again.

Good pizza and lots of room for parties. Some arcade games for kids. You can usually find a good deal in the coupon paper and if you order a party of food ahead, you get a percentage off the price.

This place is amazing. I love there pizza and all there side are awesome. They have a free arcade for the kids so it’s amazing to just go and have a good time. One thing I do wish is that they had more beers on tap but other than that I wouldn’t change a thing. My family enjoys it here and I recommend it to anyone.

Best pizza in Dallas. We order here every now now and then. Would be more but it is terribly expensive. We love that they use canned mushrooms on the pizza though. It’s so delicious.

Best pizza in Dallas if price is not an issue. Business has been around for over 30 years. Have the lunch pizza special if u do not want to spend a lot. Papa Murphy’s is very good too, but Ugo’s Pizza is locally owned and family friendly. We usually get the King Delight with a side of tomatoes. Arcade machines and slot machines and TV’s. Have not tried lately for WiFi. Plenty of room.

Best pizza ever. I live in California now… I can’t find pizza better then ugos…

I love getting the lunch special 2 topping personal pizza and medium soda. I like to add a side order of spuds. They have free arcade games, Oregon lottery, and beer on tap!!! Ugo’s is a family ran pizza parlor and a stamp in Dallas. Whether you are dinning in or taking to go, Ugos is your best bet. Ugo’s isn’t another chain pizza place, this have only fresh ingredients. Stop by and have a slice!
