The salesman never called, until I called two hours later. When he answered the phone, he said something bigger had come up and that he was giving up the job. They never recommended me another place, as it is stated here. They are admitting here they did go see the premises and decided to turn around and leave instead coming in and meet with me. If he took time to see my premises, they could have immediately call me to let me know they couldn’t do it, instead of making me drop everything to be on time for the appointment. I am not upset because they didn’t do it, but because of the lack of respect this company showed toward my time, just because my business did not seem to produce enough profits to them. What is worse is the way the owner defended the salesman. My only goal here is for readers to take note of the character.
