FYI: This company mostly serves businesses, NOT residential, which I wanted. Agent offered to get me a quote but said it was expensive for residential.

This is an amazing company… staffed with bright, hard-working engineers. Occasionally, service was interrupted, but that is the nature of the beast with internet and data connectivity. I’ve had such problems at home with Verizon and AT&T, but these folks always responded and ensured we got up and running quickly.
I’m a little surprised by the other commenter who waited a whole day and then felt he didn’t have to honor a contract he signed… something seems a little fishy there…

If you want a service that does not work and you want to sign a three year contract then go with this company. We signed up for service and the «service» was constantly down and it was always «our equipment» that was the problem. Our equipment was working before and and after it seems that it was always our equipment. After service was out for a whole day we cancelled the service but we signed a three year contract, But apparently they do not have to provide service but we have to pay. We refused to pay so they sued us for 12 780 dollars the value of the contract. Stay away from these people

Anyone who is looking for inexpensive, high quality T1 business internet service should check out Vergent Communications. Although their headquarters is located in Dallas, they provide service nationwide. I got a really good deal with them – their promotional rates for T1 start at 1.5 mbps for only $ 149 a month.
