Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. DON’T go to a franchise — save yourself the trouble. These guys know what they are doing and they didn’t try to push anything on me — Scott listed my options by price and suggested the cheapest one.

This is the best Verizon store in Dallas. I bought my iPhone here almost two years ago and my iPad here today.
The staff are super helpful at this location. The other Verizon stores are crap compared to this one. Today I went to three VZW stores looking for an iPad Air 2. One store was out of business and the other two didn’t even stock the iPads.
This location is known as a «corporate» store. For some reason the other Verizon locations do not like the corporate store, but they suck and this place has its act together. The staff is friendly and they don’t try to hustle you into buying stuff that you don’t want/​need.
Props to Esmi for helping me change my phone number. I spent over an hour one the phone with Verizon’s 800 number and the guy could not accomplish this routine task. Esmi did it in a matter of minutes. If you need anything cell phone-​related, this should be your go to place.

They helped me switch from AT&T to Verizon Wireless completely hassle-​free and very quickly. Not much waiting time at all. Very friendly staff. They did forget to tell me there was a $ 35 activation fee, after I talked to the manager upon receiving my bill, the manager did help me iron it out. I love my new Verizon Wireless plan, it’s MUCH better than AT&T in so many ways, unlimited talk & text and still saves me 30% per month! MUCH BETTER!

Womp Womp… I thought my trip here was spectacular, not so much. The reason my trip felt so fast is that Miguel did absolutely nothing right. In November I was charged and my Dad was charged for the exact same phone. I call Verizon to get my account credited and they say my Dad needs to call, my Dad calls and they say they need to talk to me. Then it’s an issue, because I moved to an account with my husband. Seriously regretting staying with Verizon. The whole process (which is not over) is annoying, frustrating and super shady.

I visited this store with no intent to purchase. I just wanted to see the new HTC Thunderbolt in person. I was greeted when I walked in but didn’t have to endure high-​pressure sales tactics. The rep stayed out of my way but was quick to offer advice and answer questions. He didn’t trash talk the competition either – nice. When he eventually asked for my business, I explained I was planning to order online to take advantage of a corporate discount. The rep offered to check the pricing and verify eligibility. He checked, verified and matched the price and I walked out the door that night with a new toy. Excellent service.

I am highly impressed by this location. There are plenty of people available that all are more than willing to help you, IF you need it. They are not constantly following you around to see if you need help. We walked in and were greeted at the door, and helped immediately. She was pleasant and nice and not put out by any questions we had. I have experienced another location that is off of Southwestern Blvd and Greenville Ave, and the location of Northwest Hwy should train the people at the SW store (they are pompous a-​holes there). But enough about them. The location off NW Hwy is easy to find. I will always venture a little further to this store!
