Villa torino appartments is the absolute worst place to live and your last resource to pick, here we have have had problems with the hot water 3 or 4 times in the last 2 months, then they take for ever to fix it, you call the office and no body picks up the phone, but if you keep insisting 3 times you will get on celinas (the manager) nerves and she will pick up finally. This place sux so dont even think about even looking this way… I cant wait for my lease to be over… If there were negative stars this place would surely get some…
