What should have taken 5 minutes (max) took 20. After waiting for about 10 minutes behind two poor old women, I finally arrived at the checkout with my purchase in-​hand. The young girl behind the counter was carrying on a conversation with a co-​worker standing 40′ away, she picked up the wrong pack of cigarettes and then walked off for a moment. When she came back I corrected her and guided her to the right pack. She rang up both packs, then had to void the item, all while carrying on with her friend about how loud the music is in her car, and how crazy of a driver she is. It was a silently frustrating experience that I will avoid in the future at all costs.
