Walgreens

Ok store, not the best and not the worse. Prescriptions are a hit and miss. I had to refill all the way to waxahachie because they could not find my info!!! I thought they had all that in the system. Anyways, the staff can be friendlier if they wanted to. They recently started to greet customers as they come in. I try to avoid this location though.

Just waited 2+ hours for a prescription (after being told it would take 1). A guy in front of me waited 3 hours!!! Not coming here again.

No one has tried my patience more than these people.
Let me start out with the fact that the inside of this store is usually messy and loud. There’s only one or two employees trying to run around and do everything. Oh and good luck trying to call in. They just straight up let the phone ring off the hook. Don’t ask how I know. I don’t have time to explain.
So I adapted and started to go through the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions at night since it does have the convenience of a 24 hour pharmacy and it’s something I can go do whenever I remember.
Here’s why I’m transferring my prescription ASAP and not having anything to do with this Walgreens ever again:
I recently had LASIK and I had my dr send my 2 eyedrop prescriptions here not thinking they could screw this up.
My husband and I pull up after the procedure to the drive-​thru to pick the drops up. Well wouldn’t you know, they actually didn’t have the antibiotic drops because «it’s a rare prescription of drops.»
When asked why the dr wasn’t called back when they realized they didn’t have those drops, the girl just started laughing and replied that she wasn’t working when that happened so she didn’t want to say anything. but just come back Saturday and they would have them then. I couldn’t even believe what I was hearing my husband go through. I worked in customer service and couldn’t imagine retorting nonsense like that.
Needless to say, in an emergency, I’ll just find a ²⁴⁄₇ pharmacy way out of my way before returning here.
