Very convenient location. Staff is friendly, engaging and very helpful. The parking can be atrocious at times however this location is ideal for la te night runs when you need to grab something quick

Some moron posted their family photos here. #dumbass There isn’t that much to say about this place. On a positive note, it’s near where I live. Beyond that, this place doesn’t do much to earn my return business. First off, the employees there seem to be low skilled and uninformed about anything. They’re not very helpful, and I have to hunt them down if I need help finding something. Second, their Apple Pay seems to be terminally broken, and when it does work, the way that Walgreens has it set up, it’s actually more convenient to pull out my card and pay with that rather than use my iPhone. I tried using my Apple Watch the last time I was there, but they told me that the system wasn’t setup for Apple Watches yet. That’s ridiculous since there isn’t a need to do any additional setup. The truth is that their system is just BROKEN and they don’t seem too eager to fix it. I stopped going to CVS over their removal of NFC contactless payment systems. If I have one more bad experience, I won’t come back.

I walked to this store today from my hotel as I broke my glasses and needed a repair kit. When I purchased it, I explained to the cashier that I would need someone to actually fix my glasses because once I take them off I can’t see anything. She told me to go over to the photo section and see Derrick. He was the nicest person I met today. I explained my predicament and he stopped what he was doing to fix my glasses. He patiently got those darn little screws and put the arm back on so I could see again. I will be forever grateful that Derrick was working today. I don’t know when I’ll be back in this location, but I am glad it was only a couple of blocks from my hotel today.

This Walgreens is close to my house and to my boyfriends work which makes it so convenient for us to constantly run in and out of. They always greet us when walking in the door, help us with anything we need, and providing us with the product we’re coming in for. They do have a Red Box located outside which is convenient as well. All in all this one is a great one! Also they do sell cigarettes, I only say this bc remember CVS recently stopped selling them.

I’ll travel back to uptown before I go back to this Pharmacy. The pharmacy told me to wait 20 minutes for my prescription. After 20 minutes they lost it. Then they told me that I’m not in the system at all. I explained that I’ve been going to the location in uptown for 2 years now and just as recent as 3 days ago. After 10 min they find me in the system and then another 10 min to fill 2 of my 3 prescriptions. As I paid they let me know that they didn’t have my 3rd one in stock and I would have to go to another location. At an organized pharmacy they would let you know ahead of time that they don’t have what you need in stock. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location.

This is a nice store and the pharmacy staff are very helpful. The problem is the staff or rather the management. The store staff is helpful but annoying — it is obvious the management forces them to say«Be Well!» and they go overboard greeting you and offering to help.(They get written up if they don’t tell each customer to be well). It is nice to have good customer service but to be barraged by 3 – 4 employees(some of which greet you more than once) during each quick store visit is irritating. Also, Walgreens allows youth to hawking their charity fundraiser items outside the front door, so even before entering the store I’m getting hit up to buy something. Annoying, esp if you are sick and going in to get an Rx. I find myself avoiding this store lately– I would like to shop in peace please.

DONOT go to this pharmacy!!! They have a low intelligence competency!!! My medication came out with a generic this year. The generic does not work for me. Every month I have to request the name brand. Every month they mess up!!! Every month I have to call to correct. Every month they say they will add a note to my file. They obviously can’t read!!! It’s time to move on to their competitor.

Date: 1÷12÷2013 Time: 1830 I routinely use this location for quick in and out needs. This time: 1. I was not greeted as I came in. 2. I had to ask two different people to get directed to the product. 3. The second person was a manager who was extremely helpful, and took me to the product. 4. When I came up to cash out… 3 in line, and waited about 7 minutes or so, and there were two people in the same register… Not the normal quality of service… Not even close. Service Suck-age level: HIGH

I called this store around 1:45 pm on a weekday to request that a prescription from another Walgreen’s be transferred to this location. I dialed through the automated system to talk with a pharmacy staff member. Luckily, I was at work and I have a headset so I could do other work activities while on hold. When someone at the pharmacy finally picked up the phone and took me off hold, I looked down at my office phone and I had been on hold for 22 minutes. I can’t imagine that 2 pm is a peak time for the pharmacy, so a 20-minute hold time is just crazy. There was no apology for the length of time I was on hold for. I am switching my prescriptions to Express Scripts and CVS.

friendly service. prices are ok. but you kind of expect the price hike for the convenience. you can’t buy bandages or a first aid kit on amazon when you need it right away.

This is my «go to» drugstore. It’s always clean and the service is usually pretty good especially in the pharmacy.

I just used this Walgreens to fill a prescription. I made sure they had all of my contact information, especially a correct phone number. I used the drive thru to pick up my order at the time I was told it would be ready. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru, I was told that my prescription wasn’t in stock and to come back tomorrow. I let them know that I was frustrated that I did not receive a phone call about this to save me the trip over there. When I went back the next evening I went back to get it, they told me that it wouldn’t be in til the next day. I was livid. This was twice it had been delayed, and twice that I did not receive a phone call. They assured me that they would have it by 5pm the following day and that I would get a call to let me know exactly when it arrived. It did get there the next evening, but I never got a phone call. Just disgraceful. What if this has been life-saving medication? I will never use them again. I do not usually post reviews good or bad, but this was just ridiculous.

Good place to stop in for supplies if you are staying at the any of the hotels in the area. Stopped in to restock a couple of items in my toiletry bag. This location is open 24 hours a day — so no problem getting in — in case you forget something, or need a snack, reading materials, etc.

I like this store when I need a few things in a pinch. I’m not a loyal shopper or anything, but I’ll pass thru from time to time. The store itself is clean, in an accessible location, and easy to navigate. There’s nothing worse than following a sign pointing you in one direction only to find out that you’re not even close to the item you’re wanting. I’ve never been in here when there wasn’t some sort of attractive sale advertised. Be it a two-for-one ice cream(score!), or a sale on skin products during our brutal summers, there is always money to be saved when you’re shopping for your specialty items. And there’s a ton of variety for most of their products, so I’m not stuck with name or store brands if I don’t want them. Even though this place is just a few blocks from my place, I don’t visit very often, but am really seeking to avoid fighting the crowds at the Walmart across the street. Still, it’s on the way home & the employees are always pleasant, so I don’t mind a quick visit now and again.
