I wish it was possible to give this company no stars. Yes, they appear to have a wide selection of tiles, but their attitude towards customer service is subpar at best. Upon arrival to their showroom, it was immediately obvious they are only interested in the Highland Park crowd. You get the distinct feeling that their customer service is only reserve for those they assume have pocket books loaded with cash or credit cards. If not, you are a complete waste of their time. Be prepared for insincere apologies.
