Walnut Hill Medical Center

I needed to have a minor test which required some extra monitoring done last week. My doctor choose for me to have it happen at the Walnut Hill Medical Center (WHMC). I could not have been more please with WHMC; every staff member I encountered was professional and kind from when I walked in (before 6 a.m.) to when they escorted me to my friend’s car a few hours later. Even minor medical procedures are a little stressful — the excellent staff members made the experience calm and comfortable. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and highly recommend the hospital.

I was here about four times in the last week to visit a friend who had just had surgery. While I was not a patient I was able to see the care given to her and the quality of the facility.
The staff were highly attentive and very friendly. The nurse manager came in several times to make sure everything was running smoothly. My friend’s husband said that the first day the president of the hospital came around and introduced himself and said to contact him if they needed anything.
The facility seemed very new, clean, and was easy to find things. They had a patient refrigerator on the floor to store food in which was nice for the family. They also had a little coffee stand on the main floor. My friend seemed pleased with their food and thought it was nice that it was all served in glass dish-​ware.
Parking was exceptionally easy. They have a garage that is free and connects to the facility.

Worst hospital ever. Worst experience. The only good thing was the valet! I think there new concept of Care is that patient should care for himself!

New hospital that somehow took over what I think was a previously normal office building before at the northeast corner of greenville and walnut hill. Very easy to get right in and get seen. I think they may have over tested for the flu like symptoms and hopefully insurance covers everything. Nice and new place and they will get you from the emergency room back to the doctor very quickly.
