We bought our home from a realtor from this office (Allison Waters). We NEVER got any warranty information about extensive foundation and pool repairs. They refused to fix basic items we had on our close list (we still have no power outlet in our main bathroom!). We have begun to have foundation issues again and they will not tell us what company ‘fixed’ our foundation let alone give us the warranty! They will not return phone calls or emails.
