Wendy’s

After being the first one in line, for over 10 minutes, I waited for my food for nearly 30 minutes. So I called for the manager and asked for a refund. She did nothing but say she cooked the order herself and it was my problem. It took the help from 2 other customers who had also been waiting, and the fact that my drink was still setting on the tray by the register. Will never go there again, and I encourage you to do the same.

I have visited this Wendy’s several times over the last three months. And it has not changed. Very poor service and food. The girls behind the counter are just disinterested and uncaring. Every time I order coffee it is always either cold or Luke warm. Same with food. Takes an awful long time after order to get your food which makes me wonder if it was ready but just sat somewhere cooling off while the «girls» chatted about everything except filling customer’s orders.
I visit this place because it is attached to a flying J/​Pilot truck stop where I can get fuel and great, hot, coffee. Wish this Wendy’s had mgmt that cared and maybe would visit it and find out how poor the service and food really is at this place

By far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to…
Said they had no baked potatoes so I got fries instead. What happens? They are giving out the baked potatoes in driver thru. WTH !! Really ??
Service was terrible. Seemed to careless about the customer
Had to almost beg to get salt and ketchup
Burgers were dry and tasteless. Fries were old and rubbery. Ended up feeding most of it to the dogs
Upside at least the place appeared clean
Will never stop here again !!

Asiago chicken made grilled instead of fried — that was pretty good! Service with a smile. Thanks Wendys
