Near Spirit gate E32, this Wendy’s was modern and clean. It was nearly 8 AM, with many people in line, but service was quick and the food was spectacular. This was my first time trying breakfast at Wendy’s. The biscuit and gravy combo was fire. For a side choice, the season potatoes were so crisp and delicious. Vanilla iced coffee is better at Dunkin, but for an airport restaurant, I’d recommend this place!

I don’t have many expectations for airport food and service, but wherever my subconscious bar was set, this experience managed to be below it.
From the start, a bad attitude at the cash register. Asked to sub apple slices for fries, and it was like I was asking this girl to literally pick an apple and hand slice it for me or something. By the time my combo was called, there was no side in the bag. Had to ask a manager for it, and he had the same sort of toxic couldn’t-be-bothered attitude too. Finally got back to my seat to eat, and the sandwich had mayo on it, even though I had asked for it without it (and it was reflected on my receipt).
I get the impression the attitude adjustment needs to start with the management here, because it’s obvious the whole team could care less. Definitely never coming back to this location!

Run Away! NO — WENDY’S DFW-​E33 near Spirit Departure Gates [10:35 pm; 12 Sept-​15] Food Quality Poor: Bad Product served. Service DEPLORABLE (Especially employee NORTON (first name only for employee protection), actions and language unbecomming to Wendy’s service standards and TRULY DAMAGING to the Wendy’s brand. No timely order fulfillment standards and this Wendy’s E-​33 @DFW store which clearly is at a busy late evening airport departure concourse!!! Go Elsewhere right away and save yourself AGONY by avoiding the abusive and disrespectful behavior of kitchen employee/​s «street talking» across the counter! FOOD Alternatives (do not pass «Go» and after checking hours of operation on your DFW app OR nearby Kiosk): Go fast directly to: DFW E17 @TGIFriday’s burger or chicken sandwich; (perhaps to…) Burger King @E6; Better yet quick train ride to D18 @FUDDRUCKER’S Hamburgers… and ALWAYS (only ²⁴⁄₇ convenience food restaurant with consistent excellent quality food — chicken, beef and pork — and service during all shifts @A16 QDOBA when your schedule permits).

Documenting Specifics on HORROR @Wendy’s E33 DFW. Paying Customer (female) standing at the counter when I was waiting to order… she had ordered/​paid, was patiently waiting… then understandably impatiently waiting on her fries she purchased as the kitchen staff was standing around talking and goofing-​off; hey did not even drop fries in fryer to cook… she left enraged — very angry without food to dash to a gate and to catch her flight on final call. I was mortified what happened. Then Food product (0.25 lb hamburger patties) I purchased requesting two patties cooked fresh (not pre-​cooked) «hot off the grill» –as I had 5 minutes to wait) given to me extremely BAD, overcooked/​burned around edges and dried-​out chalky taste, cheese did not melt on the luke warm to cool, nasty-​tasting beef ruined by cook thru improperly executed pre-​cook process. Fries poor quality (cooking issue, clearly). Service deplorable, worst I’ve ever seen at a Wendy’s in over 40 years as a loyal customer. Norton, supposedly the grill cook, was «street talking» from the kitchen over the counter to three young women. [Johnny the MOD was trying to deal with TWO male disrespectful employees who were refusing management direction and the customer service and food prep disasters)’ and with the women hanging around the customer counter as well. Norton even came out from the kitchen grill area to confront a customer bringing food back to tell the customer they are wrong and to lecture and explain to the older, experienced customer the Wendy’s standards of only «serving hot and juicy burgers.» Nothing could be further from the truth @Wendy’s E33 DFW,. Founder DAVE THOMAS would be turning in his grave at this «sinking ship operation,» Wendy’s DFW @E33. Wendy’s @Met with MOD Johnny @visit (got cash refund) and came back several days later to talk with other Mgmt. A

Though the young lady at the counter found it impossible to make eye contact with me when asking for my order, she took great care that I saw her roll her eyes after finding something odd about my order, «glass of water, number two sandwich.»
Thanks to forgetting the timer on the fryer, I was greeted with some pleasant burning smells while waiting for a sandwich that was literally thrown together complete with soupy eggs that had barely been cooked.
Gross. Still wished I had the time to go anywhere else during my stop through.

They’re supper busy! I don’t know when it would be a great time to come and just be able to walk up to the counter! The lines aren’t that long though. But t is the only great fast food in the airport! And they offer everything as if it was a regular store outside. Not limited in menu options. And the food tastes as if you were at your local wendys! Quick service. Ans ready to go in a few seconds! If your at this airport and terminal. It’s a good place to go for a quick bite!

They entered correctly what I had ordered but messed up my order. I got fries instead of my Cesar side salad.

A sour cream and chive baked potato, fresh side salad and a large homemade lemonade at an airport for under $ 6.75! Even better, jus around the corner is a great hidden doing area with plants of big screen tvs, good lighting, and ample charging stations. This is definitely the best overall low-​cost option on this side of the security checkpoint.

This location seems fairly new — modern, clean, fresh. Service was fast and friendly — what more could you ask for from a fast food joint?

Brand new location in the terminal with fancy television screen menu boards and a clean, modern, fresh look.
Highlights from my morning visit include:
— very friendly staff even if they are still in training and haven’t figured out the POS system
— breakfast potatoes are tasty and will seasoned
— they accepted my AA voucher

Super surprised as to how good their breakfast was for a fast food chain in an airport! I got their sausage & egg biscuit combo. & unlike Mc Donald’s. Their biscuit was not dry at all! Instead it was nice and fluffy on the inside and the outside was cooked nicely golden and had a little crunch along the edge of the biscuit! Soo yummy! As for the sausage and egg. It was so fresh! It looked really good and tasted good as well! You know how Mc Donald’s egg and sausage almost looks plastic and fake? Well this is the exact opposite! It wasn’t dry at all! And the sausage was thick too. I was very pleased with my sandwich! As for the side. They don’t have hashbrowns here but they do have potato on the side for you. It almost looks like wedges but their not! It’s really good! I would recommend stopping by if you’re at this airport and is looking for something quick.
Now! I was here really early in the morning around 6:00am so I’m not sure if it’s because it’s still early so everything is new and fresh or what. But I liked it! Sorry if some of you try it later and don’t get the same experience!

There is always a line. Wait tends to be at least 5 mins. Typical fast food at a higher cost with nothing extra for it. No kids meals or regular sized burgers at this location. Customer service is pretty typical. You get burned out working at an airport. Not many options in terminal c so it works.

Good Wendy’s fare and GREAT service. They were completely slammed and gave us the onions!

Limited menu, but standard Wendy’s fare…

I went here between flights. Tried to order a couple of things off the menu, spicy chicken nuggets and side Caesar salad only to be told regular nuggets only and they didn’t have Caesar dressing. Ordered the featured strawberry lemonade only to watch the guy have to almost tip the container on himself to get lemonade out. Tried to go on website to draft comments but it wouldn’t work either. Save yourself the hassle in DFW and just walk on by this one.

Wendy’s is the bomb. The chili & Jr bacon cheeseburger are my favorite.

Good food for an airport fast food place. I walked all the way from the beginning of another terminal to satisfy my Wendy’s craving. The service was nice and fast — I got my meal in less than 5 minutes. Not a lot of seating area though.
3 stars only because its a fast food chain and my burger didnt blow my mind.

Incredibly slow, cold burger, indifferent staff

Chicken Nuggets were excellent!

Poor service. Slow. And cold chewy beef. You can’t complain much with restaurants at airports and this terminal does not have much options. But it was disappointing.
