Surprised there aren’t more comments or reviews of this park. At first glance, one would think it just off the beaten path as there is a small sign hidden to be seen while meandering on the Katy Trail. Once you follow the path down you will probably realize you have driven by it numerous times and possibly walked through it as it runs adjacent to Turtle Creek. Nice trail wrapping down around and along the river, it makes for a pleasant, quiet and short walk while not having to fend off the bikers, runners, and skaters on the Katy Trail. Well kept and with plenty of grass for a picnic, it’s a decent place to visit on the weekend.
