This location sucks customer service wise! The cashiers are horribly rude. 1st and last time I go to this location only reason was my favorite off Irving blvd was to far at the current time and decided just to stop by here called before heading to the restaurant put on hold show up in front of the wingstop still on hold no one in the restaurant as soon as a customer walks in she gets back on the phone with me and tells me to hold, I respond back no I already been holding and you have no one in the lobby she said yes we are very busy you need to hold! I responded back no can someone else take my order since you do not want to, she said no bye and hung up ! How are you going to do that to a customer? I have worked for 2 wingstop locations for more then 3 years and never did I treat a customer like that better yet MANAGEMENT would have never let me get away with something like that NEVEREVER again going to this horrible place rather take the drive and traffic to somewhere were they really appreciate the customer !

Food took a very long time for a wing place, didn’t get my 6 wings and fries until 25 minutes after my order was placed. The fries are a bit below average and the wings are pretty decent. I won’t be going back, this quality of food or better can easily be found for the same price elsewhere.

I found out this was the closest Wingstop location and decided to give it a try. I had received a coupon from the Wingstop Tour from their CEO and took it to this location. They embarrassed me in front of the other customers and said I must have falsified the coupon because they never heard of the tour nor the coupon. They also said someone else had come in with the same scam.

The place is dirty and stinks and the employees are terrible as far as customer service. And how many businesses actually enforce the ID w/card purchase? Stupid. Update: they aren’t consistent with checking everyone’s ID for purchases with card.

Who charges 90 cents per ranch??? How can you serve wings and expect the customer to pay extra for even one side of ranch. Absolutely ridiculous and I won’t go back. No wonder you have trouble competing with Buffalo Wild Wings.

This place is bad. Don’t go here. Bad customer service, they get orders wrong, place is dirty(when it’s busy customers pick up trash so they can sit down), wings weren’t cooked or seasoned properly, and just a poorly run restaurant. You will be disappointed if you go here, trust me.

This is HORRIBLE location. The employees and their management don’t pay attention and they mess up your orders constantly. And their management doesn’t care. Their policy is, if they mess up, YOU have to come back, bring them the order to prove that THEY messed up, and then replace the order with no consideration to your time and money. Their wings are already expensive and small, and they add poor customer service on top of that?!! Ridiculous! I hope the owner realizes the incompetent people they have. Their employees spent all their time playing around instead of actually doing their job and making sure their orders are correct. And I hope WingStop corporate realizes that stores like this will give them a bad reputation and drive their business some where else. Bad policy, bad employees, bad management. EPIC FAiL!

Okay so the wings are amazing… But the customer service at this location sucks!!! I order my food before I arrived and when I showed up I still had to wait 20 mins… On top of that that people that work there were playing around be loud and obnoxious while the line was long and several people waiting on their orders. One of the girls answered the phone and stated no we are closed but yet the doors were still open. So after waiting 20 mins and being annoyed by the childish behavior I got my food when I got home some of my wings were missing… Maybe they should pay attention to what they are doing and stop playing around!

This location always does a poor job to keep the place clean. Last time I was In I had to wipe down my own table while the employees kicked back. The peeps who work here don’t have to much customer service and the service itself is a bit slow.

This is the worst wingstop I have ever been to. They all ways cook the chicken to hard and your chicken be salty as hell if you get lemon pepper… I have to go to the wingstop the next city over to get some excellent wings. smh they deserve no stars but I had to give them one to save it

One word. DISGUSTING. I have been to this location two times now and I won’t be going back. Called in a pickup order and brought it back for myself and coworkers. Everyone was very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I found fuzz in my food that looked like it came from the floor. Not to mention despite the food being ordered shortly after they opened at 11am, it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. I won’t be going back. I called corporate and I’m still awaiting their response. Pretty sad when you can’t even count on the quality of food to be good. I wouldn’t have even served this to my dog.

Ordered online. It was lunch time rush hour. The seating inside is nice, seems clean. hen I arrived it was 1230 noon. Super busy. Only one! person working the register. And some dumb people call in for an order WTF people, its internet times, order ONLINE as other ppl do! I had to wait 20 min easy to get my TOGOPICKUP order because of some stupid ppl not being able to order online and this poor lady being the only one on the register! Wings were very good though.

I will admit when they do good they do good but when they mess up they mess up. They usually cook my wings good the last few times. I now know to say extra everything cause they claim they can never hear over the phone.lol.As long as my food is good and fresh and Clean im good. Im grown enough to over look the service. I am relatively new to the world o’ wings so I don’t really have anything to compare these to. All I can say is that they’re good — really, really good. I ordered the 10-wing combo, half lemon pepper and half garlic parmesan. The lemon pepper is tangy and zesty; I wanted to lick the sauce off the paper when I was done! And the garlic parmesan wings are also wonderful; more parmesan than garlic but still very good. And I’m not sure what the fries are seasoned with but they have both a sweet and savory flavor. Very tasty! Another thing that impressed me is that everything is freshly prepared and because of this you will NOT be handed your food immediately upon ordering. You will have to wait a few minutes for the fresh, hot goodness, but it’s worth the wait. This particular location was very clean, including the ladies restroom. There is ample parking and a Staples next door, in case you need to buy pens or paperclips after dinner.
