My experience with Caldwell Carpet from start to finish was absolutely fantastic! I dealt with Doug Caldwell, he was efficient, helpful, courteous and I couldn’t ask for better customer service. He sent me a sample of the sisal area rug & the border so that I knew exactly what I was purchasing. In addition to all of the above he coordinated, set up and helped me track the shipment which again couldn’t have gone any smoother. Excellent service! 100% satisfaction.

Doug Caldwell (owner) and his team at Caldwell carpet definitely goes above and beyond for their clients.
I’m working on a large commercial project requiring several thousand sq yds of quality carpet for the site. I was blown away at how competitive their pricing is to national retailers and to other big name distributors too!
Doug was very upfront and honest about the types of carpets and his recommendations on what should be used. I was under the impression that I needed a certain product, but I was wrong. It turns out I could use something else of higher quality at a lessor price to get the job done.
It’s great to know that there’s honest people out there who care about doing the right thing, and not about up-​sell or trying to get you to buy the most expensive items.
We happily made a large acquisition of commercial carpet, and we look forward to working with him again for future needs.
