Georgia Carpet Industries Inc

After pricing carpeting locally in Jonesboro, AR, I decided to search online for a possibly lower price on the SAME item. I called Georgia Carpet and spoke with Buster Miller. He quickly gave me a price which was $ 550 lower than the price I had been quoted at my local carpet store.
I ordered the carpeting and rug pad. Georgia Carpet made the carpet into an area rug. I received both rug and pad in 2 weeks. It was so EASY… and I saved a LOT of $$$$$$!

My daughter and I were searching for area rugs for our new house. Upon arriving we were greeted by a salesman named Adam. As soon as we walked into the rug room, we were told the rugs on the right side of the room were made out of wool and were too expensive for us!
Despite the comment, we continued to browse the rugs. Adam stayed in the room about 2 minutes before leaving. Several of their rugs didn’t have sizes or prices listed on them and a few were wrapped up. I had already pulled about 5 rugs out of bins to get a better look at them before he walked back in. He stayed about another 2 minutes then left again.
I found a 5×8 rug I wanted (which was a great price) and was looking at 9×12 rugs. He NEVER came back in the room to check on us. I had to send my daughter searching for him to find out the price and size of one of the rugs we were interested in.
In the end, I had to roll up and carry the rug we wanted and fight to get service! If the rug hadn’t been exactly what I was looking for I would have walked out. We went to another store and purchased our larger rug and they offered to roll up and wrap the rug Adam was too busy to help with.
Sorry Adam but you lost out!

Great prices and didn’t try to upsell us.
