Terrible experience here. They did not consult with me and had no idea why I was there. Didn’t bother to ask and set me up with a dentist. (I was there for a consultation with an oral surgeon) Next thing I know I turn around to the dentist with a needle full of novocaine in his had. Very alarming since I thought I was there to consult about a future extraction. Nobody was apologetic about this «mix-​up» and they set me up for another appointment. Looked up the oral surgeon, turns out he’s had his license suspended before. I made an appointment elsewhere and asked them to mail me my records. Of course, they didn’t, and when I called about that, again they were unapologetic and claimed my x-​ray was of poor quality anyway and I might as well get a new one. Infuriating.

This place was a rip off. The dentist doesn’t explain your options for products, and if your insurance doesn’t cover something, they’ll charge whatever they feel like. The receptionist that was there in 2014 was very rude and unwelcoming. This is definitely the Walmart of dentists, you get what you pay for.
