Today was our first time eating at Lisa’s and we were both very impressed. We stopped in for late lunch — not sure what to expect. Each of us ordered the «Club Sandwich» platter and were amazed at both the sheer size of the sandwich and the overall quality of the food. We both were only able to finish half of our sandwich, so we took the other halves home with us. Our waitress Nancy was a sheer delight. She and Kathy both encouraged us to try the «Chocolate Delight». And it was simply delicious.
We get up to Dalton 2 to 3 times a year, and Lisa’s is now on our «MUST RETURN» list.

Excellent food, a notch above the regular meat and three. The sauteed green beans are incredibly good. Cathy is a wonderful server, very friendly and helpful. Peanut butter pie is among the best I’ve ever eaten.

Lisa’s is great if you’re wanting to switch-​up your Meat & Three routine. The staff is friendly and the service is quick.
Now about the food — it’s not bad! But it’s very hit or miss. One issue I’ve had with the meals has been the consistency of the product. On separate occasions I’ve ordered fried chicken and been with others who’ve ordered it. Be it for a sammie or for a plate, it’s never the same! I’ve had it range from pale and barely cooked to near black and charred. I’ve heard the falafel is good and I personally like the fried pickles. The ranch vinaigrette is unique and tasty, too.
The décor is a little odd as everything is hodgepodge and mish-​mashed. I actually think the patchwork environment detracts from what could otherwise be a nice place to visit more often for lunch. But I do go back because I like the options.

Had the Fuji Apple Turkey w/​honey Dijon on pita w/​a fruit side dish. So good! A great local family vibe but what sold me was when Lisa came out to thank me for coming by. I will definitely be back.

Ate at Lisa’s for lunch today, her first day open.
I had a chef salad with pimento cheese (yum), and homemade ranch vinaigrette… wow, I think I could drink the dressing by the gallon!
My boyfriend had the fish tacos with fries and he raved about how good the lightly fried tilapia was. Her menu is very unique for Dalton… very refreshing change from your normal lunch places!
We will be going back very soon!
