Steak & Shakes have never been known for service but this location may be the worst. Employees too busy talking to friends at the counter to seat people or take orders. Waited 10 min for a table in a half filled restaurant and then after 10 more minutes had to ask for a server to take my order. To top it off waited 15 min at counter to pay bill. Only stayed because pregnant wife insisted on a shake.

Took me thirty minutes to get one cheeseburger in the drive thru, and then the lady running it told me the wrong price. Horrible service definitely won’t go here again even if the burgers are solid.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Could not even get anyone’s attention to see how long of a wait let alone a table. Left after 10 minutes of being ignored. Try the Shoney’s next door much better experience.
