After the pitiful experience I had at the East Walnut location, I wanted some actual good Taco Bell so I decided to try this location instead. The young lady was very patient as we had two separate orders and made sure to clarify each item on each order before sending us to the drive thru window.
When I received my food and took it home, it was absolutely delicious and exactly the way I ordered it. It was hot AND fresh. Just the way I expect my food to be. This location is now my favorite. Will definitely be going to them in the future.

Didn’t even have their food, but I rate them a big fat zero for service.
My boyfriend and I were driving back from my parents’ place after the holidays. We needed to gas up and decided to grab something quick to eat. We see Taco Bell’s light on. Yay. I was tired of burgers. I check the sign for the dine in hours before going in. Good we have about 20 min left. Door is unlocked. I wait in line while my boyfriend parks the car.
No one acknowledges me for a few minutes. When they do, they tell me that we cannot eat inside. What? Door says they are still doing dine-​in and the door was open. He just tells us that we have to do drive-​thru. Well that doesn’t do us any good since we are over an hour from home and my boyfriend can’t very well eat and drive. Very disappointing.
If you won’t serve people inside at a given time, either change the time on the door or AT LEAST lock the door!

Ummmmm… hellloo??? Is anyone here to take my order? I walked in here for a quick bite to eat, as I was starving and hadn’t eaten anything all day. That was my first mistake.
My second mistake was apparently expecting someone to come take my order. I stood in front of the register for five minutes watching the drive-​thru girl look at everything but me while the manager made food for all the people going through drive-​thru.
My third mistake was apparently not going through the drive-​thru.
I started considering if I should go next door to the gas station and get some candy. But my desire for hot food won out and a minute later the manager finally asked the drive-​thru girl to come take my order.
The food was fine, but thanks for reminding me why I don’t like going to Taco Bell.
