The Donut Man

Good little place to stop for donuts and coffee!
This Donut Man location in Dalton is incognito, very small and no frills, which does not have a drive-​thru window and no seating inside, inside counter service only. However, there are a couple picnic tables outside in front of the shop. Similar to Dunkin Donuts, they offer a good selection of donuts, donut holes, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, breakfast sandwiches (croissant or bagel), coffees (hot or iced), hot chocolate, frozen and cold drinks.
After 2PM, they offer 2 for 2 which is a small coffee and a donut for $ 2 plus tax (normally $ 2.59 plus tax). I stopped at The Donut Man during the late afternoon for a coffee break. I ordered a Red Velvet Cake Donut and a Small Coffee with cream and sugar. The donut was honey glazed on the outside and soft and moist inside. The red velvet cake was not overly sweet. The hot coffee was good too, brewed just right.
