I had an emergency packaged shipped overnight early AM and they store said they guaranteed the shipment will arrive by 10AM, but it didn’t arrive until 9PM the next day, I called UPS and they said they will not refund the charges, I was livid! I chatted with UPS, called, and hit up their Facebook, all with different stories, the plane was late, the truck is stuck in traffic, yadda yadda. But they refused to process the refund… This put me even more over the top. I called the store ready to let them have it, and they said it was definitely guaranteed, and they processed the refund without me even having to ask.
Glad this independently owned store has their stuff together so much better than Corporate UPS. This is probably the only saving grace that I ever use UPS again. Thanks to the Dalton Crew

I use this location for all my shipping needs. They have a great crew who know me and they never make me feel like I’m a bother.
If you need a post office box, they’ve got ‘em.
If you need a custom stamp, they can do it.
If you need a banner, they can print it.
If you need to ship your pants, they can help. (Sorry! Wrong business.)
