Stay away!!! I purchased the Living Social deal that other reviewers have mentioned and experienced the same thing. I tried to call and schedule my move, but their business number is a cell phone(1st red flag) and the outgoing message is impossible to understand and doesn’t mention the name of the company at all(2nd red flag). To top it off, the mailbox was full(3rd red flag), so I was unable to leave a message… not that I really wanted to after the first 2 warning signs. I immediately requested a refund from Living Social and they have agreed to give me my money back. If the company is not prepared to handle the extra business(or doesn’t even have a proper business telephone), then they have no business offering Living Social deals!!!

I purchased a Living Social deal for three hours of moving with two movers to move my mother from my house to her new apartment. Because I have a very bad back, and my husband can’t move furniture alone, this seemed like a deal too good to be true. And it is. I have called many times since purchasing the deal on March 13, 2015, and I have NEVER been able to talk to anyone. In fact, I can’t even leave a message, since the mailbox is always full. Unfortunately, I now have to contact Living Social to ask for a refund and still find someone else to move my mother at a reasonable cost. They may be great movers once you can get them to your house, as some reviewers have indicated, but as I can’t seem to do that, I’m going to have to say this company is awful and deserves less than the one star I am giving them.

Bought the same deal on Living Social as someone had previously mentioned. Been trying to call for the past two weeks and once, the person on the other line picked up and hung up on me when I told them I was calling about the Living Social deal. The other time, the person told me that I should call during regular business hours(I called on a Saturday during the day, which their listing here shows as «business hours.» Finally, I called and they told me they’d call me back. Nope. Today I tried again and it went to a full mailbox. Pretty terrible customer service. I’ll be asking for a full refund from Living Social ASAP.

I bought a deal from Living Social for 3 hours services with 2 or 3 moving guys for $ 134. Steal! Except, the only stealing that seemed to happen here was these guys taking my money. I’ve called 5 times on 5 separate days and left 4 voicemails to try and schedule move out date with these guys(I have to move out by the end of this month!). I’ve tried calling the # listed on the Living Social voucher & the # listed on Unilocal but alas, no return call, not even once. I will be requesting a refund from Living Social.

Excellent moving company; very reasonable rates: excellent service; Alex was excellent and gives me heads up, hours Unscrew my tv’s, fixed one chair and my sofa …Anyways totally recommend this guys are grate. Ps: I did not received a reward for it !
