Awful! Came here to save time on washing my filthy car and have been waiting in the Carwash line 5min per car and 5 in front of me. And didn’t realize no discount with fill up I could’ve driven further and paid less per gallon and would’ve been done a long time ago

Stop washing your car here! It will CRACK your fenders! After calling and talking to the employee, I felt really uncomfortable. The guy sounded perfunctory and was unwilling to report the issue to his manager! I need an answer from them right now!

The pumps don’t take new debit cards. You go through the process of trying to get gas and then find out you can’t, then have to walk inside and wait in line to pay. THEN they assume you want regular gas and then make you walk back inside to fix it. Is it just me or is this a lot of walking and waiting for something that is so simple everywere else. I’m excited for when another station opens nearby. Btw. The clerk is pretty far away from the pumps. Like crossing two wide streets and sidewalks. Just a waste of time. Worst gas station.

Just stopped by the get a car wash but after purchasing the car wash I realized that this place still uses the brushess… AHHHHHH!!! Brush in the car wash can tend to damage your car over time for those of you who are not aware. Hence, when I realized this I was disappointed but considering I hardly ever go to this car wash I was OK for today. The chevron at 410 Hickey does not use brushes and their car wash is a lot better. No scraps will be left on your car here. Definitely going to remember to go there next time I need to wash my car.

Greatly lit place! No wait time at all! A lot cheaper than some of the places around! Came here at 10:30 pm!

Wait time is 10mins for each car in front of you if you are waiting for a car wash. There’s another chevron car was near Seramonte via Cosco! Avoid Westlake bloody ridiculous wait

Speaking of someone who lacks the quality of a good customer service, his name is MARCUS. At exactly 5:13pm when I went inside, the lady before me just finished her transaction was still in front of him and he was already asking me what I want. He was acting hyper. He was rushing me when he asked for my phone number, slide the card, and slide again since it didn’t take the first time. He said I have to be quick because it’s busy, it’s busy, and there’s a long line. There were 2 people behind me and there’s 2 of them working at the counter. What is his problem? He even said that he has a lot to do. For someone who deals with customers, you must be out of your mind to even say that. I’m a customer, that’s your job, know how to deal with it! The problem is… It’s either he can’t handle his job or he can’t handle his job. Period! No choice here. I suggest that Marcus should just go work someplace else because it looks like he can’t work with public or better yet he could just RETIRE so he could RELAX. Even the guy outside made a comment saying.“you would think he knows customer service”. Apparently NOT!
And you said that you read the Unilocal and you’re aware that you’ll be the star, consider taking an EXTENSIVE customer service training. That will help you improve yourself. And smile for heaven’s sake. Be thankful that you got a job there… that is IF you’re going to hold up. Know mean?

Went there on ⁴⁄₂₉ fill up gas and bought a car wash due to long line at the car wash and decide to come back later the car wash receipt state code expire on ⁵⁄₆ came back on at ⁵⁄₆ longline again waited 30 minutes for the wash and code didn’t work had to shell out another 7 bucks to get a new code since I already waited this long. Went to the counter ask the clerk she said you need to come back before ⁵⁄₆ so the code actually expire in 6 days what a rip off will never go back. Poor business ethnic

Slowest car wash ever. There were probably 8 cars ahead, it’s been 45 min and there are 4 cars to go. This better be the most thorough car wash ever.

1) the pumps shut off too easily and make it sometimes impossible to fill up with my infiniti G35
2) the car wash line is almost always too long (25min wait). I would go after work (I work late) but the car wash is closed at night for some reason.
Although this is the closest gas station and car wash I’m forced to go out of my way to another station

They used to have these Jalapeño ranch flavor sunflower seeds from frito lay, they stop carrying it and i have been trying to speak with someone to see if they can get it for me. I’ve been trying forever! The employees are so rude and not helpful at all. On top of that the supposed Store Manager Maria is so damn rude. She did not want to help me!

This place has the only drive through car washes in the area. Totally overpriced but good for when you’re feeling lazy…
But what else can you say about a gas station. This particular facility it clean and I always feel pretty safe going here. However, it is pretty expensive compared to the Arco just a block away.

Attendants are useless. Problems at the pump… and attendants answer is to run my credit card 5xs… still doesn’t work. Card is fine as it works at the store before and after
Ask attendant for a car wash… told wash closed at 8p… it is now 8:30. Ok no problem… except there are 4 more cars driving through while I wait… with a Car wash. Odd

Skip the car wash, it takes forever and doesn’t clean your car … Wasted $ 10 and more importantly 1 hour I will never get back.

The car wash takes forever! Especially if there are cars waiting in line. Each car takes at least 5 minutes and if you get in line you are trapped! Today I was trapped for 40 minutes with cars ahead and behind me!

The boyfriend took me here to get my car washed after he overfilled my tank and caused gasoline to spill out onto the side of my car, lol. As we drove no more than 20 mph, we came here and he got me the ‘Works’ which was about $ 10 and included RainX treatment and such. The experience lasted maybe 5 minutes and my car was SOOO clean! Spotless. Much better than I expected.

That’s right, I came back. I really needed to vacuum my car before a trip, and this was the closest station to the freeway that I knew of that had the vacuum. I even surprised myself by returning, because I said that I would NEVER return, the caps and all, and I DID.
If you’ve read my old review you’ll know that there was no way in hell I was going inside due to Lazy M (even another reviewer wrote about her, that just goes to show how bad she is at customer service, or even doing her own job duties in general) so I grabbed as many quarters as my child hand could hold and shoved them in that stupid machine until I heard it start click on. I don’t even KNOW how much I put in there, I just wanted it to work, and it did. Thus my one star upgrade.
So all in all, I guess the first star on my second review is for not having to deal with Lazy M, and the second star because the machine worked this time.
I still don’t want to go back though.

No complaints here. I needed gas, saw this station and pulled in and got my gas.

She’s hella rude! Ugh! Every time I see her not working, I try my best to avoid coming here.

I once asked her if I could get $ 30 cashback and she said, «uh no, we dont do dat here», and the worker next to her said, «…yes we can» and she had the STUPIDEST look at her face and said «oh. ok» SO STUPID, and she’s worked there for SO long!
And when my boyfriend went to go get cashback after me, she said, «uh no, i can’t give you cashback, she took all of the money out of the register».
SO WHAT YOU’RE TELLING ME IS. if someone came in with a $ 20 bill and said, «I want 17 on #2» or some shit, you would say «uh, no someone completely took ALL OF THE MONEY out of this WHOLE place because once someone takes all the change THERE’S NOOO WAY you can get more amounts of money in the back or some shit».
She’s so fucking lazy. I fucking hate my life when I see her.
