We have been customers for 7+years and are ALWAYS HAPPY with their service. They are always friendly, always available, always prompt, reasonably priced, and ALWAYS get the job done. A repeat customer discount is a nice perk and I love it that they automatically take their shoes off or wear booties in your house without even asking…(I dont like shoes in the house.) I also appreciate their ability to retain their workers! Its nice to see the familiar faces come back time and time again when we are in need. Thanks Discount Rooter!

This is a great outfit. You make a call and the plumber is on site within 45 minutes
(two different occasions). When the water heater broke, DR sent Mike Wei over to
fix it. He was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have in our home. He diagnosed the problem, estimated on the spot, and completed the work quickly. I highly recommend
the firm. Great service, good work, reasonable rates.
