Elaundry

I’ve been using elaundry wash and fold service for two months and it’s been fantastic. The staff are friendly and really helpful and turnaround time for me, with between 30 and 50 lbs of laundry, has been at most next day… and free delivery and pick up. I’ve never had anything go missing or become damaged on return.

Felipe and his company are amazing. I made fun of my friend for using a pick up and drop off laundry and dry cleaning service, but he swore by them. Now I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner. Heck, I even got my mom hooked on the service. These folks are true professionals, if anything goes wrong (only happened once) they resolved it right away.
A+, great merchant, will definitely continue to deal with them (can you tell I do ebay way too much?)
I refer them to my friends everyday. I mean, I wish there were more companies like this out there.

Final straw at this place.
Been coming here for years its always been great, but lately the owners to go laundry service has been growing which is a good thing for him.
You cant come in with out battling one of the girls who work for them for a washing machine. I literally walked in with my cloths and the girls ran and filled up 2 machines i walked over to see if were available great now i have to wait till she done to wash my cloths.
Today was the final straw the machine that were empty and new were filled up with dirty water eww fucking gross (there suppose to be new machine that were install 2months ago)
Ive tried telling the owner about battling with the girls for a machine, its a laundry mat for crying out loud the i should be able to come in and out not wait to use a machine
Also if ur business is growing why not run ur delivery service at night so at the day time people can use the laundry matt
Last the girls bring there kids to work i get maybe they don’t have a baby sitter but a laundry mat isn’t a place for kids to spend there day

Clean laundry mat– but there’s hardly any employees here– in case you have a question or need to get wifi password. It’s not my first time here and whenever I come, there’s no attendant… always.
They have wash & fold service which I have been attempting to try — but I was told before that they were in the middle of upgrading their system– so I’m just waiting for it to be done before I try them (for personal security reasons as you’d need to give your credit card information).

Felipe has got to be the coolest freaking guy around! He is super nice and easy to work with completely goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with his service. I recommend e laundry to all my friends and so do both my roommates who also use his service after they notice the great results I was getting.

The best, period.
And…The owner is absolutely the best to work with.
