Leo does an amazing job! I originally found him on Craigslist to refinish the floors in my personal home. He was about half the price of any other quote i got. He was easy to get ahold of, flexible on the dates (because we had other contractors that ran late) and he was very reliable. I manage rental property and have used him 2 or 3 times since then and have always been very happy with his services. Definitely would recommend him to others!

I had gotten three quotes to rip up about 400 sqft of carpet and replace it with engineered hardwood and replace 100 ft of baseboard. Not only was Leo’s quote about $ 1000 less than the other two, but he was able to start right away and finished in just three days! I didn’t have to move my heavy furniture, they moved them for me, and he really paid attention to details. When I needed paperwork for my HOA filled, Leo went above and beyond, and was very honest and easy to talk to with regards to payment and cost of materials. My rooms look so much better thanks to Silva!
