Lidiane Cleaning Service

Really upset to have to update this review. I have used Lidiane’s service in 2 of my apartments and finally my most recent home. I also referred the service to my neighbor whom used Lidiane’s service twice.
Over the last few months Lidiane has canceled 3 times and once with my neightbor. Once was canceled 20 min. before they were expected to arrive. The other was with my neighbors whom were expecting a baby in a few days and we wanted to have the house cleaned for them. They were able to come 2 days later, 1 day before the baby was born… The last 2 times were what drove us to find another service. A few days before Thanksgiving we had booked (And confirmed) an appointment the night before. Lidiane texted to try and cancel 20 min before they were scheduled to clean our home, I was picking up my mother from the airport in 3 hours and the house was a wreck, they were over an hour late, and I had to take my mother elsewhere.
Finally, this past weekend we were going to be out of town and I left keys with my neighbor to let Lidiane and her crew in (We have dogs that have to be left outside) 10 min after they where scheduled to arrive they asked if they could reschedule by text… We had AGAIN confirmed the night before to be sure there would be someone to let them in and give them the key to lock up. Sadly they had no alternative times to come that would work.
After 3 last min cancelations I could not recommend this service to anyone else. I does not seem as though other peoples time is important to them. This is unfortunate because they did a great 5 star job with the cleaning… but that doesn’t matter if they don’t show up.

I’ve used Lidiane and Kelson’s services for several years now in many different apartments across SF. They are professional, very detail-​oriented, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Lidiane and her team are fantastic house cleaners! As a mom working full-​time I find it hard to keep up with all the chores. So I began a search for a monthly cleaning service. I tried out Lidiane since their prices were really reasonable. Today was my second time using them and they did an amazing job once again. I found my monthly house cleaners! It feels so good to come home to an immaculate house and I mean they get every nook and cranny. Thank you Lidiane!

We have been searching for awhile for a cleaning service. Finally gave Lidiane a shot. Her prices were reasonable and within our budget to give her a try. I am very particular in how things need to be done, so they really exceeded my expectations. They got all the details down and yes is true — the comments you read in others about folding triangles on the toilet paper in the bathroom like a 5 star hotel. Other surprises included rearranging neatly my kid’s board game drawer so it be can close tightly, folded and organized all the extra jackets/​sweatshirts/​blankets that were laying around the house, and even cleaned all the cobwebs in my garage.
Lidiane and her husband were amazing. Now we are sold on their quality and services that we are having them to come back on a regular basis.

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and I am so happy with the results. I paid for a deep clean and Lidiane and her team did a good job, even staying past the time they had planned to finish. I am asking her to come every couple of weeks because they are great.

Lidiane and Kelson are awesome. Our apartment is spotless. I would definitely recommend her and hire her again. Looking forward to working with you again in the future :)

I finally gave in and decided to hire someone to help me clean my house. My husband and I always try to keep the house clean but we can only do so much with the time we have since we are constantly on the go with two boys. We have lived here for about 9 years and there were places that my poor elbows didn’t have enough grease for. When Lidiane came in with her husband and another person they left us with a sparkling place! My husband and I did not want to touch anything. It was well worth the money (especially since it was a very reasonable price)!!! Our house is two stories two bedrooms, 2 full bath and they spent about 3 hours more or less. Even our kids were impressed with their room and in their words «the only thing my bed is missing is a little chocolate!!!» LOL
We have going to have a New Year’s party and will be calling to schedule an appointment again! Best. decision. ever!!!

My friend recommended this service to us, and boy am I glad that she did! My husband and I try to keep clean on a regular basis, but things can sometimes get away from us. Lidiane showed up promptly with three people and stayed two hours — I have a medium to small one bedroom in SF. They did such an amazing job — even organizing our refrigerator, taking care of the dishes, and the microwave! Turndown service on the bed, toilet paper into little triangles, and decorating our table for fall with our new tablecloth and candle set. Every single detail and nook and cranny was covered. Very competitive rates, excellent service, and I get to come home after work to a sparkling house. We will definitely be using them again!

Best house cleaning EVER!!! They even left my toilet paper folded into a little triangle like they do in hotels. Unreal.
I am a super detail oriented person and usually, I feel «meh» after house cleaning because I always notice the things that weren’t done. In this case, only awesome kudos from me. I am SO happy that I finally found someone to clean my house that shares my OCD. I am totally getting my house cleaned by L&K every month from now on.

Lidiane and Kelson were fantastic! They came to our rescue last weekend. The place was a total mess and they made it spic and span. They got into all the grooves and even helped organize the kitchen and clean in the fridge! They are well worth every penny and I highly recommend them. When we need another deep cleaning they will definitely be our first call!

Lidiane and Kelson are absolutely WONDERFUL. They do a spectacular job and make the house look better than I ever thought possible. They leave it sparklingly clean, which is quite a feat considering it’s a small house with 5 occupants. However, it’s their thoughtful little touches that make them go above and beyond any other cleaners (ie — the throw blanket at the end of my bed? they left it artfully folded in some beautiful way I could never repeat — and I know this because I’ve tried).
Not only do they do a great job, they are also the sweetest people ever. They are super responsible, super trustworthy (so much so that we’ve given them the key to our house so we don’t have to be there), super friendly, super duper. I just don’t have enough good things to say about them. You will never find a better service, and never one with such lovely people!

1^st cleaning experience with Lidiane and Kelson and they were amazing! We are so impressed with the little touches they did to our home. It meant a lot to us and we hope this fantastic service will continue with us. Also, the cost for cleaning was reasonable and that was a great bonus.

My wife and I are most happy to unequivocally recommend Lidiane and Kelson as excellent in all aspects of cleaning one’s home. We have been using them for approximately 2 years now for our home on Broderick Street in the Pacific Heights section of San Francisco. We have been consistently very happy with their work.
They are very pleasant in attitude, prompt to arrive as planned, and very thorough in all aspects of their work. From time to time, we have asked them for special cleaning of certain things and they are always happy to respond to that. Often, they do things we didn’t ask of them, such as folding the clothes in the dryer, folding the blankets in a lovely shape, and doing the same with paper towels and toilet paper, leaving our home looking like an elegant hotel room that has just been completely tidied up!
We have moved to London, and we will most certainly be using Lidiane and Kelson when we return to San Francisco!

I really love Lidiane and Kelson. They have been cleaning my house for over a year and have just been a life saver. I always know that when they are done, my house will be sparking clean. In all the stuff that I spend my money on, this is definitely the most worth it. They have also been so flexible with me about the timing of the cleaning. I don’t know what I would do without them!
