Horrible customer service, if I could give them zero stars I would, but sadly I can’t. The girl who «helped» me out was SUPER rude, clearly has no idea of what customer service even is. The only good thing here are the prices, but don’t even bother coming here, instead of trying to save money here you’ll end up just wasting it, nothing personal against them, just trying to help out the Unilocal community. I would not trust them with making me copies or faxing documents, much less trusting them with my computer.

In my view, they are very unprofessional. According to the picture that has been advertised on their website, I ordered the original Sony laptop battery. After 10 days, I did not get the original Sony battery, and also it was wrong part! They said ship it back and we will pay your amount to your credit card. I had to pay $ 21 for shipping, and when they got their battery, they said we are just paying the battery cost not your shipping cost, even they don’t say apologize for your inconvenience or it was our fault. Nothing!

i fixed a computer here and it took them 2 weeks. they acted like they can do it but when i got it my computer screen turned on and then turned back off. they couldn’t explain it when i asked them. don’t go here, its cheap but they dont fix it. i ended up buying a new laptop
