One True Love Vintage Rentals

As a wedding planner, I know a lot of vendors in the industry, so it says a lot that I chose One True Love for the chairs for my own wedding. When I reached out, Hayley got back to my promptly and it turned out we had worked together in the past in both of our previous careers. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the process: helpful, creative, and kind. Her and Amanda (the owner) put up with my complete chair insanity a few weeks before the wedding with an incredible amount of patience and even helped me work through what I was «stuck» on. To top it all off, their product is beautiful and it really made my wedding reception feel special. I will post pictures when I get them back, but in the meantime I could not be more thankful for these ladies and their assistance.

I searched and searched for great vintage rentals and couldn’t find anything that fit quite what I was looking for. My wedding planner connected me to Hayley at One True Love. She was prompt in responding to me and gave me different options after gauging the look I was going for. The format of contract/​invoice is cool because you get to see the idea of how everything will be placed visually.
I LOVED seeing the vintage lounge furniture at our reception. The guests loved it and the furniture really made for great pictures. If we could have had the entire event outfitted by One True Love we would have. It is definitely worth the price and the business is a pleasure to work with start to finish.

I worked with Amanda on my December Wedding at the Ritz-​Carlton in San Francisco. I rented furniture for our ceremony. Amanda was sweet, personable, efficient, and understanding. She responded to e-​mails and phone calls quickly and easily accommodated last-​minute additions I made. I searched and searched for a vintage rental company in the Bay Area and honestly– OTL Vintage is the best. Not only do they have a great selection, but items are immaculately clean (I rented a stark white french settee and matching chair), and the team is professional. I will be in touch with the company for any future rental needs I have (or if they decide to retire some of their pieces I will buy them in a heartbeat).

I worked with Amanda to rent vintage props for my engagement shoot and had a wonderful experience doing so. Amanda was very responsive from the time I reached out to her and was also very accommodating — she even went out of her way to get more vintage pieces from one of HER vendors just so I could spell out, «Will you marry me?» in vintage letters for my shoot. She was available and ready exactly when we scheduled our pickup and drop-​off times for (something I no longer take for granted from vendors), and I really appreciated her professionalism in that regard. However, I would say her clear passion for what she does as well as the personal level of service she provides each client manages to outshine her professionalism and is a primary reason I would rent from her again in the future.
