Peeka-Boo Family Daycare

We are so lucky to be a part of Peek-​a-​Boo Family Daycare. Mama Joyce, Mama Norma and Mama Cel are amazing. It is definitely difficult to find trustworthy caregivers and it is so hard to leave your children with just anyone. But the Mamas are so wonderful with the kids, they care for them as if they were their own. We have brought our three children to Peek-​A-​Boo and they love it! The «Mamas» have become part of our own family. You really couldn’t ask for much more from a provider.
The environment:
Play area with mats — clean, no shoe rule
Individual cribs for infants — sheets and blankets are washed daily
Eating tables and chairs, infant high chairs
Outdoor play area with tricycles, wagons, play houses, balls
The schedule:
Breakfast — provided by daycare
Learning time — flash cards, books, sing songs, pre-​K worksheets
Snack — provided by daycare
Lunch — provided by daycare
Nap time
Snack — provided by daycare

I began taking my son to Mama Joyce in 2009 and it is the best decision I could have made. I wanted an in-​home daycare that could provide some personal care to my son and I found just that… not only is she loving and nurturing, but my son is getting the educational and social aspects associated with a daycare setting.
There is a large fenced in play area, structured learning time, age-​appropriate toys, etc. I know it’s very hard to find quality daycare, especially in-​home daycare. Once you talk to Joyce and see the daycare in person, you will know what a great service she and her wonderful staff provides. I fully recommend her to anyone looking for daycare, and I am already deeply saddened that my son will be going on to kindergarten this fall. We will be visiting her and «The Mamas» very often.

Picking a daycare provider is a tough one. Entrusting your children to strangers is something I have always been really uncomfortable with. Then you walk in the door and meet Mama Joyce! She is amazing and crates such a wonderful environment. Both of my children have attended her Daycare. Mama Joyce and her team have always exceeded our expectations and provided the very best care and love for our children. Could I ask for more? Not a chance. Thank you for everything you and Peeka-​Boo are amazing!
