I’m writing a 5 star review about getting a tooth extraction and a bone graft today (preparation for an implant). Ha! This is not normally something I’d get excited about. The experience was just so pleasant and easy, that I decided that it was my moral obligation to let my fellow Unilocalers know.
Here’s 5 reasons for my 5 star review:
1. Dr. David Tsang communicated with me through every step of the surgery. I like that.
2. For whatever reason, I require more novocaine than most people, and Dr Tsang constantly checked in to make sure that I was comfortable. I felt no pain in the surgery.
3. Dr. Tsang was confident, fast and efficient. Believe me, you want it to be quick.
4. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
5. They squeezed me in on a Saturday with short notice, and did my consultation and surgery in the same day.

First surgery ever and I’m glad it was with them.
Many of us know that having your wisdom teeth extracted is like a right of passage. I was alerted at my regular dentist that I had to have them removed as soon as possible and they referred me to Dr. Tsang.
I had a lot of time on my hands after my visit to the dentist, so I went to their office and asked if I could schedule in a consultation (needed before you have the surgery). They squeezed me into their 2:30 schedule and I met up with Dr. Tsang. Very nice, helpful and a great doc.
I had a 360 degree scan of my mouth and I found all 4 of my wisdom teeth had already impacted some of my regular molars. I was told I had to get them removed as soon as possible.
Dr. Tsang asked us when would we be available to have the surgery. My mom asked if any time tomorrow would be possible and they immediately said yes. How the heck could that be? Squeezing in a consultation and surgery all in less than 24 hours? Crazy, right?
The day of my surgery, I was nothing but scared to my pants. Dr. Tsang assured me that I will be fine and how he has done over 200,000 pairs of teeth extractions annually. Alright, I’m comforted.
I never had any sort of surgery treatment so you could imagine the horror and fear of being put to sleep and waking up feeling distorted and all for the first time.
Overall, he gave me a great experience as a first timer in any sort of surgery and really, he’s the greatest you can rely on when it comes to dental surgeries.
