Subway

I come here all the time but it has become so unbearable why is it that their bread is never fresh I went there yesterday and had a 6 inch sandwich on Italian cheese bread and it was extremely stale I was so upset I had to throw the sandwich away what a waste of money I thought it was supposed to be subway eat fresh I think not

This Subway apparently does bad business. I wanted to use a coupon receipt that was given to me from another Subway in the Bay Area that allows me to have any footlong sub for 6 dollars. The coupon even states its valid in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. The manager (possibly owner) refused to take the coupon because it wasn’t printed from this location. And when I get the receipt for the transaction, IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ONE I TRIED TO REDEEM (with the exception of location)! I also find the manager ridiculously stupid for not knowing that Daly City falls under the greater Bay Area as stated in the coupon receipt. Furthermore, I called the next nearest Subway in Brisbane and asked about the coupon receipt promotion and the employee said that every Subway in the Bay Area is supposed to accept it and that there is a special code printed on it (MASON-​006), which was printed on both of my receipts. This is really bad business and I vow never to go here again. I would rather drive the extra mile to the Subway at Brisbane.

Closed at 9:00pm? This is the 2^nd and last time I’ll be coming here. Horrible service the first time, give them a second chance second time but decides to close early. Take note, franchise management!

Tuesday Weekday purchase with an employee who isn’t happy with their job, totally not good with communication and has attitude! Never coming back here again! Sandwich was poorly wrapped and skimpy in the ingredients.

i love this store its clean and they have my bbq sauce and theres a lot of meat on my sandwich. 100% im always gonna comeback.

The employees are very nice and the place is clean, but their rolls are always stale. Bread is a pretty important part of a sandwich, so two stars for now. Hopefully they’ll start storing it in a case instead of leaving it out on baker’s racks.

Terrible service. My friends and I came in with the buy one get one free 6″ sub coupons. We gave the worker three coupons and she claimed she only had one. I told the one who was in charge to check the camera which she did but said her phone is too slow to see it.
Also during the check out she said you can only use one coupon because we all came in as a group. I’ve been doing this «buy one get one per customer» deal at many other subway and never had problem with it. She also gave me faces and laugh with the workers about the situation which is very unprofessional. Clearly it was their fault for losing the coupons and tried to blame me for not giving them the coupon in a rude tone.
Please conduct training on workers presentation and proper way to greet customers.
