The first few times I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because subway employees make lots of sandwiches so of course the occasional mess up is inevitable… but every single time to the same person?? These guys will mess up an order every single time. You have to repeat everything 2 – 3 times, and they will still mess something up.

On 02÷8÷16 around 8am, a worker named Milly, yelled at my 13 y. o son, accused him of not paying, and threatened to call the police on my son. I went inside to confront the lady and told her my son had $ 20 and she said that he never gave it to her, but right when she looked down besides the cashier(right in front of her face on her side of the counter), was the $ 20 bill. My son was almost in tears and had never had been accused, or threatened ever, now he traumatized bc this stupid worker.

2 hours before closing, no bread available except for a 6 inches flatbread. I asked him how long will it take? His response, «about 2 hours» fuck that I got the flatbread for my hungry ass. As I was eating my sandwich– I realized that the bread was soggy as fuck. I would’ve complained but seeing how messy the place is– he must be in a lot of pressure. There ya go, Unilocal

Reviews are all correct!!! I moved to Daly City and for the first few weeks came here. All of the things people have complained about have happened to me. They will give you the VERY-LEAST amount of ingredients on the sandwich possible… it’s almost hysterical. THEYARELITERALLYTHEWORST!!! Do not go to this location, use the one near the movie theater.

Came into this subway and no one was insight. It took the employee a few minutes before she finally came out of the back. She did not greet me, did not make eye contact and continued to put away the bread, and then she finally took my order. I asked for cheddar cheese on my footlong and she barely gave me enough for a six inch! So I asked her to put more on and she said it’ll be 80cents more. I paid 80cents more for literally one spec more of cheese. She rung me up, still no eye contact, no thank you, nothing, she was just rude. Don’t come here, it’s a ghost town in there for a reason.

This was one of the most awkward Subway experiences I have ever had. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich, which is typically normal fare. Except here they were out of the bread I normally get, then out of cheese. The lady that helped us had trouble speaking English, and I had to correct what she was putting on the sandwich. The Avocado they use at this location is also strange, it came out of a pouch, every subway I have ever been at has always used a fresh avocado. Overall it was just a weird experience, I dont know if I would go back to this location, but they are new and need some time to get their groove down, but still.

The worker was nice(ish) but he was pretty stingy with the sandwich ingredients. And he over-toasted my bread. Boo hoo.

They are very cheap with the amount of meat in the breakfast sammies. 2 pieces of ham for every six inch breakfast sammy is not okay. The worker was hard to understand. More grunts than words.
