Dr. Chen is a super caring and thorough orthodontist! My husband was referred to him by a friend who’s son had his ortho done by Dr. Chen, and I figured since he was good with kids, he would be good with my husband, who can be a little bit of a baby with dentists. I enjoy going with my husband to his appointments since they always have movies playing in the waiting room, and the staff is always very nice and inviting. I’m glad that I chose Dr. Chen’s office, especially since I’ll be there a lot for the next two years during my husband’s treatment!

Referred to Dr. James Chen by another dentist and he has been awesome. He definitely cares about his patients and my teeth have been making great progress. He takes the time to explain to you every step of the process as well as answer any questions you may have.
Price wise, he was very competitive and more importantly, all inclusive. Some other orthodontists I met had hidden fees which isn’t the case here. If you’re considering braces, do yourself a favor and get a consultation with his office before making a decision.

Love, love, love this place. Dr. James Chen is by far the best orthodontist I’ve come across! Out of my 23 years search for an ortho who would take my case without surgery, Dr. Chen has proven to be the most competent, ethical, and caring doctor out of them all. He never takes short cuts and aims for perfection. I absolutely love the results of his work and now have a beautiful smile to prove it. Daly Orthodontist is the best orthodontist in the bay area and the peninsula! Skillful orthodontist and happy and friendly staff. What more can you ask for!?! Can’t wait to send my kids here.
