Worst ever customer service, guy at counter who was a greasy mechanic franchise employee didn’t know the first thing about customer relations. When I first arrived all of the employees were eating lunch, they told us to come back in 20min. When we came back 30min later they were all still eating lunch. I’ll never go there again. Just go to the bay shore location at least it’s a corporate facility and they will reimburse you for over fueling the truck. These guys refused to do so btw.

These people are giving out trucks that have miles on them from someone previous and charging you the rates. Also, say that insurance is flat $ 14 for 2 days and then charge you $ 14 a day. Truck was dirty and had hardly any gas in it. DONTUSETHESEGUYS. Plus their mileage rate is crazy. Rent from anyone but them. VERYANNOYED.

Sent me away because my tank is ¾ instead of 7⁄8 full… Seriously? I also had to drive around the block into the crowded parking lot before they would even look at it. Aside from these initial frustrations, once I met their requirements, they were nice… Nice enough to chuckle in my face as they told me how misinformed I was. I had put down cash when I rented the truck instead of providing a credit card number. I was told that I would be given the cash back upon its return – not so. Instead, I was to receive a check in the mail. Plus, I wasn’t given information about returning some of the packing supplies I thought I was paying to purchase… apparently, those were rented materials. All right, fine, I’ll got back and grab those, too. At least I had a truck to get me from point A to point B. Moving sucks in general, and when you’re trying to do it on the cheap, you’ll pay one way or another.
