My final Unilocal Review for Coast Physical Therapy.
This PT clinic is fantastic! I was a patient of theirs for 3 years!
Had a wonderful physical therapist, Suzanne Perry! She was a life saver!!! I would write 50 (A+) reviews about her if I could. Make an appointment with her!!! She will fix you up!
NEVER ONCE had a billing issue at Coast! They were FLAWLESS the whole way through (my 3 years there) with my account and my husband’s…who also received treatment there!
What’s the takeaway?
Coast is one of THE finest PT clinics in South Orange County as far as I am concerned! Great therapists… one hour sessions, one-​on-​one therapy with ONE therapist — NO aides… It is definitely unique in that way! Highly recommend!!!

Service was acceptable but Coast billed me $ 2,217.00 through a 3rd party billing service I did not owe 6 months after therapy was completed. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau about this bill, the owner’s husband sent me an email suggesting I overreacted. I would suggest staying away from Coast, they clearly believe $ 2,000 billing errors are nothing to worry about and you’ll hear from the owner’s husband if you complain.

Mary Reischl is the best physical therapist I’ve ever gone to. I broke my arm and my leg last year, and her skills and recommendations have made all the difference in the world. She spends the whole hour with you – listens carefully to your symptoms and then applies her techniques. She prescribed a variety of exercises that worked extremely well. Recently, my knee hurt after doing squats, and again, Mary diagnosed my problem correctly – after 8 visits, I am pain free. She is a miracle worker! Several of my friends have been to her, and everyone has had excellent results.
