Crown Cleaners

I brought in 6 items to be dry cleaned. One was a cotton sun dress with a delicate crocheted bottom. When I picked up the dress the entire bottom was frayed. The seems on the dress were coming apart at the shoulders and the tie running around the waist was completely shredded.
Why you ask would this happen it was clearly thrown in a washing machine. When I take my clothes to the dry cleaners to be dry cleaned it is because they are too delicate to be put in the washing machine. The dress in question was about $ 70 and I only wore it ONCE. If you pay that much for a sun dress you would like to keep it in your closet for more than a week which is why I pay for my clothes to be dry cleaned. I had another top that was also frayed and looked like it was thrown in the washer as well. My black blouse was not cleaned and had white stuff on the front? They recleaned the black blouse and I PAID to have my dress sewn to repair their damage.
In addition the cleaning was expensive. She overcharged me for my longer tops because they were dresses. I advised they are not dresses but just a longer blouse she still charged me more and the items were not even dry cleaned. She had no pricing posted anywhere in the front so it just really makes you wonder. I am super disappointed with the way they treated my clothes. I will not go back.

I have been going to Crown Cleaners since I moved back to San Juan Capistrano from Corona Del Mar. It is close to my house so I figured why not give it a try! The owner is very nice and they have yet to lose any articles of clothing. My only wish would be that the prices would be a little bit cheaper since they don’t pickup/​deliver, but then again this is Orange County so what can you expect?

Kim is a sweetheart and tailored my dress for my rehearsal dinner. We took a chance considering it was in walking distance to our house.
I took my in my husbands Navy Dress Whites in which he wasn’t sure if he was able to get out some stains from the color being discolored over time and dirt that was not removed by the last dry cleaners we took it to. Kim was honest and said she would try her best and when we got it, we were quite impressed! It was white as white, no stains, pressed to perfection, and ready to put his medals on for our wedding!
Very inexpensive and reasonable for the outstanding service she provides! I use to pay double or triple the price and didn’t get as great of results.
I highly recommend Crown Cleaners!!!
