Fresh Coat

Fresh Coat of Laguna Niguel did an excellent job for me and I would definitely recommend them to other people. Before I hired them, I shopped around, did my research, and got other quotes. Fresh Coat is not cheap, but you get the quality you’re paying for.
The owner, Jennifer runs the business and hires quality employees to do the job right. Jennifer (a tough cookie) is fair, flexible, and very easy to work with. Plus, I can’t say enough good things about her employees. I had the same crew every day (Gary, Daniel, and Matt). These guys are were terrific and are very hard workers. I’d hire them again in a minute. They showed up every morning on time and worked the whole time. Gary is the experienced leader. Gary has the talent to visualize a project and predict what it will take to successfully get the job done, while cutting off many potential problems ahead of time.
My Fresh Coat crew (Gary, Matt, and Daniel) were professional, Caucasian, and English speaking. Please don’t take offense to this comment, it’s not intended to be offensive or racist. I am not embarrassed to say I appreciate American born, English speaking employees, which these guys are. Perhaps, I’m shallow and need to broaden my own horizons, but for now, I only speak English.
From past experiences, I have found it annoying and unprofessional to have a group of guys in my house all day speaking another language (usually Spanish or Vietnamese) when I cannot understand them. Plus, when I have a question, they’ll usually call over the employee who understands some English, which often times isn’t enough. Doing business like that makes me feel like I’m not being understood and may get taken advantage of. I’m not a racist, it’s not about race, it’s about effective communication.
Besides the employees, the quality of the work Fresh Coat does is top-​notch. They painted my 30-​year-​old kitchen cabinets and with the addition of new hardware, they almost look brand new. Their knowledge and experience is particularly noticeable where more than one color comes together on a wall. My master bedroom has a true white ceiling, with brown walls, and a beautiful deep red accent wall. The corner where all three colors come together is… perfect. There’s no bleeding and the lines are straight and crisp. They clean up after themselves everyday and work in an efficient methodical manner.
In summary, it’s not cheapest company, I think Fresh Coat was my second highest bid, but you will get what you pay for. They are a professional, high quality painting business that is worth hiring. They won’t just slap some paint on and run. They will properly prep your job and make your space look beautiful, just like mine does. Thanks Fresh Coat!

Fresh Coat paint recently painted our home and installed both new baseboard and crown molding. I found them to be extremely professional, on time, dependable, and overall did a superior job. I would highly recommend them! Not only did they do a great job at their work, but they also left the place clean each day when they left (it was a 3 day job). Very pleased with their service.
