My family and I have been going to Dr. McDonough’s office for decades and highly recommend his work. Always pleasant with a skilled dental staff, his work holds up against the test of time, wear and the occasional popcorn kernel. Dr. McDonough always offers treatment options with a calm demeanor and wealth of information and supports your choices. All of his patient chairs have a peaceful view of green grass and blue ocean so even the most nervous patient has a Zen view to breathe into. And his front office maven, Debbie, does her best to squeeze you in whenever an however she can so you feel cared for. Whether you need a cleaning or a crown, I recommend Dr. McDonough.

Dr McDonough and his staff are wonderful. Debbie is so helpful every time I call her to make an appointment, switch an appointment, or ask questions about my insurance. She is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile when I need to know what my insurance will or won’t cover. I’ve had cleanings with all 3 of the hygienists and they are all very good: thorough, gentle, and friendly. Dr McDonough is very attentive, as is his assistant. He listens to my concerns and remembers any special requests from one visit to the next. All of his equipment is clean and up-​to-​date. After multiple fillings and cleanings, I am very confident in the recommendations and work done by Dr McDonough.
My nerves about visiting the dentist have completely vanished thanks to Dr McDonough and his staff. If you’re looking for a great dentist, this office will not disappoint. The drive from Irvine is worth it!

I absolutely love getting my teeth cleaned at Dr. McDonough’s office. Not only do they greet me with a friendly warm touch, my hygienist Sandy is the best. She goes above and beyond by checking the glands around my neck, my tongue & jaw for cancer.
