Excellent experience and top notch service. The service guy was personable, thorough and very friendly. They covered every detail and there was no wait! I drove right in and was out less than 15 minutes later with clean oil, new oil filter, air pressure balanced in the tires and a smile on my face. Best place I have ever had an oil change.

This place is awesome. My «change your oil» message came on in my car, so my husband sent me here. Charlie, the manager, and the rest of the guys were quick, honest, professional and did their job well. They were very helpful with the car’s history of service from carfax and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. You can’t go wrong here!

Charlie was great! Did my oil change on my large RV when no one else in the area could. Due to it’s size, it would not fit in their bay area. He changed it by hand the old fashioned way! Excellent, knowledgeable, and quick service. Thanks again guy’s!!!

Fast, Smart and Very Professional… Everyone knew what they were doing and I was more than pleased with the service here. My car actually wasn’t in need of an oil change, but a radiator hose. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgable. Even willing to wait for the two truck for us, so we could have lunch… Definitely coming back!

I had my oil changed here a little over a month ago and i will NEVER go back. Service was good and everything was fine during the actual transaction, but i hopped on the freeway to a strange noise coming from the engine. I make it home to find out the guy who checked my air filter did not correctly close it when he put it back. Well ok, everyone makes mistakes, and no harm done right? That probably merits a 2 – 3 star review. It was an easy fix anyways and the noise went right away, so i was willing to ignore this.
However, driving the next week, i started seeing white grey smoke coming from the tailpipe when driving up hill. I took it to my mechanic a couple weeks later (i’m not really driving much right now) and he tells me this place had filled up my car with about 8 quarts of oil! For people who don’t know much about cars like myself, thats about twice what someone should be putting in, and way over any safe maximum for my car. My mechanic was stunned when he found it and drained out the excess oil at no charge. He said i was lucky there wasn’t any serious damage to the car. Needless to say I will be going to see him for all my oil needs in the future. The serive here is just terrible.
Note: I’m not really one to complain like this, but i just felt this went above and beyond most bad experiences. Like i said, the people were nice and frienfly, even on the busy day i went, but it being busy is no excuse for treating my car so so poorly.

I was very happy at how quick and thorough the service was. They checked all of my fluids, weren’t pushy to up sell anything but gave me options and reminded me to rotate my tires. Rosalia assisted me and was very professional and great to work with. She sure knows her stuff. Luke did the work and had it down. They have a well oiled machine there, pardon the pun!

Very professional and friendly. Seemed like they did everything in 10 minutes. Rubi was great, made me aware of everything, she knows her stuff.

I have been going here for two years now. I take all 3 of our family vehicles here and have never had anything but first class service! They must treat their employees well because I recognize some that have been there for awhile. It feels like they really take pride in the services they provide. Also, I love the convenience!

Most of my experiences with these types of places have been pretty bad, so my expectations were already set low. I drove in expecting up sell after up sell. Pleased to not have had the experience. Charlie helped me, super knowledgable and when they didn’t have my exact filter in stock, they sent someone down the road to a parts store to buy it and didn’t charge me extra.
These guys have earned my business.

First time here. I usually go to carmax but it’s too far so I decided to try this place out. All you do is drive up you stay in your car and they take care of everything. They don’t pressure you to buy more or less but they inform you about what your car needs or what is coming up and they move on. I always buy the extras so it was nice to just say yes or no and go from there. They are super friendly they offer a ton of coupons and if you check in you get an instant coupon for $ 5. I will never go anywhere else !

Fast, helpful, and efficient! I pulled in and was services immediately. Cory helped me out on my first visit today and he was so nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. I got an oil change, and he gave me a list of additional recommended services (but was not overly pushy as some places can be)! I’ll definitely be back.

Check the hours before you come. They are clear on the close time. I went to the door and it was locked and they ignored me and did not even condo the door. They were smoking and on personal time. They were Smoking the new electronic smoke systems. Would not come back. Very unprofessional

I am definitely not car literate at all, but they really take the time to explain everything they are going to do to your car to you (complete with diagrams! Love it!), and I thought that was awesome! Charlie snd Anthony were super friendly. The service was fast, and when they already charged my card and I realized that I forgot the Unilocal discount, they said it was no problem, and went through the whole process of crediting me back my charge and then giving me the discount. So nice! I am coming back for sure!
