They also have Dr. Giacopelli and someone else, who I don’t remember his name, because the receptionist accidentally scheduled me in Long Beach, so I had to see another doc. I saw both doctors, during separate appointments, offices(Dr. G in Dana Point– the other in HB), etc not realizing they were the same. Anyhow, Dr. Giacopelli and this other doctor(large, odd looking, orangish hair) were both very unsanitary. Dr. G opened the door with gloves on and didn’t change them. He cut a wart out of my foot, which started bleeding profusely. The solution was to put a trash can under it. With bloodied gloves, he stuck his hand in a drawer to get another tool, and into the qtip container. After he dipped the qtip into some betadine, he touched it to my bloody foot, and BACK into the container. I have not been so disgusted in my life! Well, I wasn’t that disgusted until I met his colleague, who did the same thing! This doc also seemed to be some kind of head in the cloud hippie. He told me my wart would go away if I would just BELIEVE it could. He said he had used just water on kids warts before and they would magically get all better because the child believed he had medication. Then he went on about medicating himself back in his med school days. DUDES, THEGLOVESARENOTJUSTFORYOURPROTECTION! Please stop before you KILLSOMEONE!
