BIG office, with a lot of Doctors to choose from. Dr. Grace Liang Federman seems to be one of top doctors that you need to book at least 1 month in advance to see her. I am currently seeing Marcus A. McFerren, MD, PhD who is easy to book an appointment with at any time. When calling you need to specify which office location you will be going to, they have two other offices: Southbury and Ridgefield. Some doctors such as Dr. Maritza I. Perez will require you to go to their Ridgefield office for your first appointment and you will be checking in at a different desk in the danbury office.
Overall office appears to be a well oil machine despite their large size. Friendly staff at the front end. When checking out however, it does sometimes feel a little rushed. But yet again, I’ve never seen a line at any other doctors office to check-out…remember there are tons of doctors here seeing patients simultaneously.
