It’s really amazing how great Amber Lighting took care of me. I purchased a ceiling fan from them five years ago which recently began making noise (like the motor needs greasing). I called Amber and explained my problem. They looked in their records, found out what I had purchased, and determined that the fan had a lifetime warranty but my particular model was no longer being made. They tried to get the manufacturer to make good, but when that failed they simply wrote out a check and sent it to me! No obligation to purchase my replacement from Amber … but you KNOW that’s what I’m going to do!
