My husband took on the task of rentals for our wedding on 9÷26÷15. Stephanie from Durants was really great to work with, and provided us exactly with what we needed! Delivery and pick up had no issues at all, and all prices were fair and reasonable. We got clear Napoleon reception chairs to fit in with our Cinderella fairytale décor, pillars for our ceremony, cocktail tables, wall dividers to hide the caterer, the bar, silver sashes for ceremony chairs, and coat rack with hangers. Everything was beautiful. I’d definitely hire them again!

My Fiancé & I started our venue search like most couples do when they want to get married. Unfortunately we left our first venue appt.(4hrs later) with me in tears, it was all downhill from there. We were frustrated and disappointed, not at all the special, happy and exciting time we were expecting to have when trying to find the perfect place for us to get married. Here’s where Durants comes in :) My sister-in-law said«you guys have the space and a beautiful backyard why don’t you rent(she had suggested Durants because she’s used them before) a tent and have your wedding at your place!» That’s exactly what we did!!! I worked with Shayna,(Danbury Location) she is such a doll! Our first meeting with her was over 2hrs, because we had no idea about the cost of stuff or even what was possible. Shayna asked us questions about the look and feel we wanted and answered many of our questions and the ones she couldn’t answer she told us she’d get back to us and she did, every time in a timely manner!!! This review would be 5 pages long if I mentioned everything Shayna did and she did it all so graciously! Even on my wedding day I came in(our wedding was later in the evening) still she was like«aren’t you getting married today?» I said yes and then showed her the organza table coverings and told her I thought I could live w/this color but I can’t! Immediately she went to find me something else and she did, it was beautiful and looked amazing on our tables and in the photo’s! Ohh yea on the day before our wedding I wanted cloth napkins in burgundy,(I had paper ones but as we were setting up we thought cloth would look more elegant) called Shayna and she said let me see what we have and sure enough I was able to go and pick up 80 beautiful burgundy napkins! Yes it was more involved work than going w/a venue like a hotel or hall because you have to pick out everything from silverware to lighting but it was all worth it in the end because we got the date we wanted, we had as little or as many guest as we wanted, and we worked w/some very wonderful people who responded to our questions and concerns promptly! I will use Durants again in the future whether for something grand or a smaller affair, the people are professional and efficient at their jobs! Thank you Durant’s for making our dream wedding everything we wanted.
