My car was recently broken into and no other detailing services in the area wanted to tackle the mess that was left inside. When I brought my car to Gotham, they were the only detailing shop that agreed to tackle it, and were confident that they would make it look brand new– which is exactly what they did.
Communication was very timly, and it was clear to see the hard work and dedication these guys put into their work. My car was a tough one to tackle, and they had no problem getting the job done, and WELL! I would not hesitate to bring my car there again, and would HIGHLY recommend Gotham to anyone who is looking for an above average job on their car! These gentlemen are masters at their craft.

Gotham did an amazing job on our 2004 BMW today. It has never looked better thanks to their attention to detail. The paint job is shinier than ever, the windows are gleaming, and there is not a speck of dust inside. The tires and wheels look brand new, and I am so excited to show it to my husband on his birthday tomorrow. Thanks so much!

I scheduled a complete detailing including buffing the scratches out of my dark paint, engine wash and interior for a price that seemed a bit high for a small SUV ($ 400) but I went to them based on their google reviews. After picking up my vehicle, on the way home noticed dirt marks on my dash, seat back, driver side floor. I returned to ask Jason to go over the whole car again. I picked it up again 2 hours later with the dirt still on the dash, the carpet with salt stains I would think a hand steam cleaner would have removed, dirt at the top outside edge of all the passenger windows, and a streaky glare on the windshield at night with on-​coming traffic. These are the «details» the detailing should have taken car of. I would not recommend detailing work at this shop.

I Went with my sister to get a price on getting her two front windows tinted. Surprisingly They were able to do it right then. It didn’t take long at all. The tints look good, overall I would recommend Gotham auto for tints I know two other people who have gotten their vehicle windows tinted here and they look good as well.

My experience with these guys was excellent. I came in to get my car tinted with carbon film, which is a lifetime warranty, on my 2008 Toyota Camry. I’m glad to say that they treated my Camry just like they did to the Ferrari that was parked outside. The man that worked on my car took his time to ensure he could get all the bubbles and fingers out and took the time to answer my questions afterward!
I highly recommend getting tinted by these guys. Not only do they treat your car with care, but they offer a lifetime warranty with carbon tint jobs. A little added peace of mind. Sure you could get cheaper tint jobs, but I drove two hours out to get it done by these guys. What you pay for is what you get, and it shows!
I was referred to them by various online forums recommending them as one of the best in Connecticut.

Hands down the BEST detail and tint shop in CT! Adam and Kevin are absolute true professionals who love what they do and treat every car as if it is their own. I originally discovered the shop 3 years ago and brought my Acura TL in to have tints done as well as an interior detail. They did a phenomenal job! I recently purchased a BMW 328xi Coupe and brought the car in for tints and a full exterior detail with the Gtechniq application. When I came to pick the vehicle up: Mind Blown! An absolute first class shop that is dedicated to QUALITY. With most detail shops these days, they will try to book as many cars as possible in one day, sacrificing quality. With Gotham, they will book accordingly so that each vehicle gets the time and attention it needs. Keep up the great work!
