So very disappointed in this business. Called on New Year’s eve for a no heat call the soonest they said they could come out was Tuesday the following week. When they arrived a few mins late the technician got right to work and had the heat fixed in under a min. Doesn’t seem like a bad thing… except their b ad says no cost estimate… it was a loose wire… no parts used. I was charged $ 175.48 for the call. I told the technician (who was very pleasant and professional) that I was reporting the business for false advertising. The owner/​manager called me back to say yes some people are confused by that ad we’re charging you. I told him that was dishonorable… he didn’t seem to care how I felt or do anything to take money off the price.
