Lovesac

We’ve had our Lovesac a little less than 2 months. We’ve configured it as a bed several times to rave reviews from people of all ages. As a sofa, we love it, so comfortable. I’ve purchase both types of cup holders & the table and I am truly happy I did.

So I’ve been aware of LoveSacs for a number of years and had always been a lurker, but couldn’t justify pulling the trigger until a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier that I did.
If you’re not not familiar with LoveSac, they make incredible furniture. For lack of a better term, they make high end beanbag chairs, but that’s really doing a disservice to call them that. I got one of their Big Sacs and you can easily fit 2 adults on them or my gf will commandeer it and she looks like she’s in an Anne Geddes photo for adults.
I also picked up a five piece Series 6 Sactional which has been one of my best purchases of all time. They’re completely modular with removable and washable covers, seriously durable and above all insanely comfortable.
I had been to the Westchester store originally and received great service in terms of beginning to understand my options and then I went to the Danbury store for more information and my eventual purchase. The customer service was wonderful. I used to work for Apple and its clear they’ve borrowed from the no pressure sales techniques and both people I worked with we’re 100% about helping me find what I wanted and not about a sale. All told I probably spent several hours on multiple visits until I finally made the decision to buy and the associates couldn’t have been warmer or more pleasant.
If I had to find a negative, the cost could be daunting for some. This isn’t cheap furniture, but the flexibility in arranging the Sactionals, the fact that I can wash the covers right at home, get new covers at any time to change the look or feel and add to my set at any time well out weighed the cost for me. This felt more like an investment in a lifetime set of furniture that will only improve over the years as I fill my house with more LoveSacs.
I even received a handwritten card from the associate that I worked with thanking me for my purchase and welcoming me to the LoveSac family. Really personal touch that put a bow on the experience. If you’re anywhere near the Danbury store and in the market for couches, definitely go check them out.
